A company called Goodwell was so concerned with the impact plastic disposable toothbrushes have on the environment, that they created this toothbrush designed to last forever.
Of course, its only the handle that will last a lifetime. Because if you use the same toothbrush for over a year (dentists actually recommend you replace your toothbrush every 3-4 months), then your mouth is probably a cesspit of bacteria.
The top half of the toothbrush is removable and replaceable, as the attachments are made of a polished bamboo composite, and the toothbrush bristles are made out of Binchotan charcoal, which is a Japanese charcoal that is currently used in some of your household bathroom and beauty products.
When those pieces begin to wear out, you can toss them in the compost bin to biodegrade happily into nothingness, rather than putting another piece of plastic in the trash.
