Apple iPhone 4

Apple iPhone 4

The onslaught of Apple’s dominance continues with its 4th generation iPhone.  OK, maybe that statement is taking it to an extreme, but with new features such as the one’s announced yesterday by Mr. Steve Jobs, it’s hard to argue why you wouldn’t want to get your hands on one of these puppies.  Set to be available in the States, UK,  France, Germany and Japan on June 24th, it will then release in Canada and a dozen other countries sometime in July.  Link

StreetMuseum iPhone app

StreetMuseum iPhone app

In the ongoing debate of which wireless handset  will ultimately dwarf the competition, it is applications such as StreetMuseum which makes Apple’s iPhone the one to beat.  The Museum of London, in conjunction with creative agency, Brothers and Sisters, have developed an application for the iPhone which utilizes Google’s map and geo tagging capabilities.  When you open the application and direct the phone’s camera to various locations in London, UK, it will simultaneously generate the historical image of that specific location.  It would be something to see the StreetMuseum application become available in cities such as Tokyo, Rome, New York and San Francisco, to name a few.  To gain a better understanding, see more images after the jump.  Source / Link

Blackberry OS 6 (Video)

Research In Motion recently shed some light on its latest operating system for its Blackberry product line.  Although details are limited, it seems like it is their answer to the growing competition from Apple and Android base handsets, which offers a more versatile and multimedia operating system.  With a revised user interface, multi-task option, and tab features, to name a few, you can bet that they they will be focusing on a more developer friendly platform for its application store which gained very little enthusiasm in comparison to Apple, who boasts more than 185,000 aps and more than four billion downloads to date.  Source / Link

Check.  Proper shoes? Check.  Right belt? Check.  Dapper wallet? Check.  Steady outfit, clean haircut, perfect cologne? Check.  Leather hard drive? Check? OK, we could be wrong about the last one, but hey, it’s the small details that count.
